Who we are
Occupational Management Limited (OML) is an international management consultancy providing Human Resource service and training to businesses in the UK and Africa.
OML opened its Africa branch in Accra, Ghana in 2010 (OMLAfrica) with the mission of extending its expertise and experience in the provision of high quality and modern services to the African market.
This is the third year that OML Africa is running the Africa HR Leader's HR Event following the last two year's successful events. In addition to running successful HR events, OMLAfrica continuous to deliver best practice HR and management training courses, offer quality recruitment and assessment services as well as deliver on numerous specialist HR projects for companies across sectors in Ghana and Africa wide.
Some of the companies which have benefitted from our services include Opportunity International, Care International, UT Holdings, Airtel, Anglogold Ashanti, The Capital Group, West Africa Rescue, Ghana International School, Gateway Services Limited Inchcape Shipping Services, CFAO, Zenith Bank and other leading organisations.
Last year we started our HR network the Africa Association of HR leaders to date we have over 500 members and counting.
