Dr Cookie Govender (Keynote)
University of Johannesburg
She has extensive ETD (education, training and development) knowledge, skills and experience in the public, private, corporate, non-government and community-based environments. In 2003, she researched and published a management framework for training providers to improve workplace skills development.
Emeka Anazia, ACIPM, MITD
Emeka Anazia is a Human Resource Development Specialist with over two decades experience in People Development.
He is currently provides strategic leadership for design, development, quality assurance, delivery/facilitation, evaluation and continuous improvement and development programmes through his consultancy.
Anita Wiafe
Managing Director OML (Africa)
Anita Wiafe, founder of Occupational Management Limited (OML), a Human Resource Management Consultancy providing HR support across sectors to small and medium sized organisations and businesses.
Headquartered in the United Kingdom, OML recently opened its Accra office (OML Africa) in July 2010 with the mission to extend valuable expertise in the provision of quality HR management services including training and recruitment to the African market. OML Africa also organise corporate events aimed at aligning employees, HR and systems with core business objectives for greater results. OML Africa is the organiser of Brighter Futures 2011. OML Africa also recently started managing a network called the African Associates of HR leaders (AAHRL) with over 150 members across Africa and growing.

Ola is an accomplished Facilitator, Motivational Speaker, Public Affairs Analyst, Mentor, Columnist and a multiple award winner which includes: Distinguished Alumni Award O.A.U, Ile-Ife, MICA’s African Leadership Laurel Awards; the Best HR Practitioner of the Year 2010 by the Personnel Practitioners Consultative Association (PPCA), Ikeja, among others.
He is a member of some professional bodies at Practitioner’s level: CIPM, Nigeria, CIPD, UK, SHRM, USA, AAHRL, Ghana among others.
Fatai .A. Aderogba (Keynote)
Founder Al-Ibadan College of Education
Aderogba is the Co – Founder and College Registrar, Secretary to the Governing Council, Secretary to the Board of Senate, Secretary to the Academic Board and Chief Administrator for Al-Ibadan College of Education Ibadan, Nigeria. He is currently the Director of studies at the Centre for Management Studies Ibadan, Nigeria.
Aderogba is a professional Maintenance Engineer, a Teacher, an Entrepreneur and an Administrator with 32 years Post Graduate experience in various fields ranging from Maintenance Engineering, Human Resource Development and Training, Consultancy.
